Hotel Burgundy is a 5-piece indie-garage rock band with post punk, shoegaze, and electronic influences peaking through. The group is honored to call New Orleans home. Countless hours were spent jamming, performing, hanging, and figuring out what it means to rock. As a result, the band is notorious for an engaging and visceral live performance accompanied by dynamic songwriting that makes their set feel like a journey rather than a one-dimensional start and end.

Bombón and Mexstep present: Houston Tráfico Showcase
Special Guest:

Rico-ico
Last summer, professor and rapper Mexstep (of Third Root, Marco Cervantes) teamed up with producer and DJ Príncipe Q (Svani Quintanilla) for their collaborative EP, Tráfico. The Houston Tráfico Showcase gives Mexstep the opportunity to present this project in his hometown of Houston as well as play some of his older material with a live band. The slowed-down sounds of Houston rap and cumbia were major influences on the project, and it is only fitting that Mexstep return to the source with Gracie Chavez of Bombón, Houston's premier DJ collective known for blending chopped-and-screwed hip-hop with Latin-inspired cumbia and tropical sounds. Also joining the bill will be Austin reggae cumbia band Rico-ico.

Glass Mansions + Rinas + Static Slums
Headliner:
Glass Mansions
Special Guests:
Rinas
Static Slums
Glass Mansions, led by the charismatic, sultry voice of Jayna Doyle, is an alt-poptrio from Austin, TX influenced by indie sleaze, heavy synths and tight, dance-friendly rhythms. Their music is propulsive and elastic, with cinematic pop-melodies, lush electronic beds of sound and intelligent, intimate lyrics.
Live, it’s pure rock n roll – raw, sweaty, passionate – and chances are you’ve probably seen Glass Mansions at some point or another as they’ve criss crossed the country DIY touring, playing places like SXSW, Warped Tour, Canadian MusicWeek, Indie Week Canada and opening for bands like Phantogram, Robert De Long, Young the Giant and Unlikely Candidates.
"The best alt-pop band you've never heard of."
"If you haven’t heard them yet, doyourself a favor and listen. They’re crazy good. Diamonds in the rough, indeed,"says The Vinyl District's Dana Walsh. In
March 2026, they released the lavish and visceral new anthem "Sunsetting,"showcasing the band at their most honest and confident, followed by “SOFTWITNESS” in June 2026, an EP thatfinds the trio of Jayna Doyle, multi-instrumentalist Blake Arambula, and drummer David Edwards exploring self-discovery, rebirth, nostalgia, and the deep healing and strange liberation thatcomes from extreme loss and grief.
That rawness and authentic connection translates from the songs themselvesdirectly to the live experience, something you’ll have towitnessyourself. Catchthem touring across the country this August, and you’ll see why Glass Mansionsis proving their worth.

Ellis Bullard is back at Dan Electros
Headliner:
Ellis Bullard
In the wake of 2024's Honky Tonk Ain't Noise Pollution, Ellis Bullard has left no doubt that country music is still yearning for the true-blue honky_tonk experience he brings to the stage and studio. Listen to Bullard, and you're listening to a life of barnstorming, hard living, and layers of musical influences.
"I'm just a person, just a guy out there having a good time and trying to make sure other people are too," Bullard says. "I give my time to people, and I think that means a lot to them. I'm genuinely trying to forge relationships and have meaningful interactions with all the fans I meet on the road."
After sharing the stage with Texas mainstays like Shinyribs, Reckless Kelly, Randy Rogers and Cody Jinks, Bullard has come into his own, and these days finds himself headlining clubs and dance halls from coast to coast.

Headliner:
HeartByrne
HeartByrne pays tribute to Talking Heads and David Byrne, who fused pop, funk, art rock, and African rhythms into perhaps the most adventurous, danceable and timeless music to emerge from the new wave movement. HeartByrne picks up the torch where the seminal concert film 'Stop Making Sense' left off, breathing new life into the classics and pushing the grooves into uncharted sonic territory. What began as an informal ‘hoot night' has evolved into a must-see touring act featuring vocalist Darin Murphy, lead guitarist Josh Pearson and some of Austin, TX's most talented musicians.

Boomtown Dance Party!
Formed in 2015, the musicians of Boomtown Brass Band evolved into a performing ensemble steeped in the traditions of authentic 1920s hot jazz. The Boomtown sound begins with the classic New Orleans jazz style, travels north to include Chicago’s “dixieland” style, visits the early 1930s “gypsy jazz” guitar style, and finally adds in a touch of New Orleans second line for good measure.
Boomtown Brass Band is known for making great music for listening or dancing, with an acclaimed following of dancers. Boomtown Brass Band keeps the origins of jazz alive, dancing, singing, and celebrating in Houston.

Phantom AD + Flower Graves
Headliner:
Phantom AD
Special Guest:
Flower Graves
More than a mere performance, The Phantom A.D. delivers an electrifying spectacle. Fronted by The Phantom—a larger-than-life figure draped in his signature cape and afro—the Phantom has pioneered a unique musical genre known as Ghoulish Rock N’ Roll. Seamlessly blending Surf, Garage, and Rockabilly elements with the frenzied, forbidden fun of an old horror movie, they’ve established a worldwide following.
Originally known as Isaac Rother & The Phantoms, the band has undergone an evolution, reemerging as The Phantom A.D. to reflect a new chapter in their macabre musical journey. While the name has changed, the ghoulish energy and commitment to their hauntingly good sound remain stronger than ever.

Pearl & The Oysters + Astralace
Headliner:
Pearl & The Oysters
Special Guests:
Astralace
Oysters, the duo of Juliette Pearl Davis (Juju) and Joachim Polack (Jojo), formed a decade ago in Paris, where they lived until they were young adults. Together, they make music a lot like their current base of Los Angeles: sunny on the surface, darker and more layered at its roots. Their fizzy, squiggly lounge pop now leaning toward '70s piano rock as well as Brazilian, exotica and city pop influences asks how to live with uncertainty and disquiet.
In January 2025, as Trump's second inauguration loomed and wildfires raged through LA, Juju stayed up all night crying. The next morning, she woke to find that Jojo had written a song for her, "Wide Awake," a calm offering in the midst of panic. From that moment, the process of creating Monkey Mind began.
Pearl & The Oysters' new album Monkey Mind takes its title from the Buddhist concept of a restless, looping consciousness: thoughts jumping, spiraling and rarely settling. Produced by Jonathan Rado (Weyes Blood, The Lemon Twigs, Father John Misty), the record follows that cycle across the span of a day, beginning in a state of calm before the mind wakes up, gathers speed, and eventually softens again.
Following a "primal and direct" instinct rather than retreating into long, meticulous processes, Juju and Jojo chose to work quickly, writing their sixth album in a matter of weeks. "We felt a need to tap into a certain urgency and honesty, as a result of our growing malaise with a cultural climate plagued by digital alienation and generative AI slop," says the duo. Using the 24-hour framework as a creative constraint, the record opens with Randy Newman-like piano, peaceful and half-asleep, before the energy shifts to the fidgety yacht rock guitar of "Mandarin Moon", fast-paced instrumental "Shinkansen", and the frantic '70s funk of "Stratford & 52" the street the duo lived on when they first moved to LA. At the center is Juju and Jojo's long-standing relationship: on "A Pocket Symphony," they look back to their creative and romantic partnership, which began in high school.

His sound is shaped by the kind of musical cross-pollination that happens in cities where cultures overlap and boundaries blur, absorbing a spectrum that doesn't sit neatly in one tradition: dub echo chambers, surf guitar tones, deep funk pockets, and modal melodies hinting at places far from any single origin. Instrumental music, for him, has never been about genre. It's about feel, atmosphere, and the quiet emotional narratives that unfold without words.
New Orleans-based Gitkin, also known as Brian J Gitkin, is a Grammy-nominated artist and producer renowned for his work with Cedric Burnside, Bab L' Bluz, Bernard Purdie, Cyril Neville, and Art Neville, and as the mastermind behind the internationally beloved funk ensemble Pimps Of Joytime. What began as a passion project has grown into a global phenomenon, with monthly streams surpassing 300,000 and his self-produced albums resonating deeply across continents.

Headliner:
Ask Carol
Special Guest:
Charlie Danger's Jet Set
Ask Carol is a Norwegian alternative indie-rock duo known for playing music for cows and out in the wild.
Hailing from the remote Norwegian mountain community of Auma, Ask Carol defies their small size with a huge and powerful sound – featuring two guitars, drums, synth, trombone, and Carol's innovative bass and guitar system. Their music ranges from fierce to gentle, drawing inspiration from bands like the Kills, and the White Stripes, with a distinct Nordic, melancholic twist. They've toured internationally, with an 8 month US Tour in 2024, supported The Brian Jonestown Massacre, played at SXSW, Summerfest, Treefort and many other festivals, and been nominated for the Norwegian Grammy (Spellemann award).

Lord Buffalo + TBD
Headliner:
Lord Buffalo
Special Guests:
TBD
Lord Buffalo is heavy in the way that ghosts are heavy… in the way that billowing dust is heavy.
That is to say, the Austin, TX psych-americana band’s music impacts hard, though it seems impossible to touch. Their sound flows through us, it doesn’t invite the Pavlovian response of typical heavy rock music.
Perhaps it’s fitting then that their new album Holus Bolus takes its name from an antiquated term meaning “all at once.” It materializes instantly from the first notes of the opening title track, like a dark grey haze drawing listeners in with the band’s deft juxtapositions of droning violin, guitars, drums and vocals. It draws equally from Morricone and Badalamenti as from Sabbath and Swans.
While the quartet trudges the same murky waters as dark emotive brethren David Eugene Edwards/Woven Hand, Chelsea Wolfe, Emma Ruth Rundle, Earth/Dylan Carlson, Echo & The Bunnymen, Nick Cave, etc., their creative interplay of Middle Eastern influence with a distinctly Western feel takes listeners in entirely new directions as the album envelops them.
Lord Buffalo is Daniel Pruitt (guitar, bass, piano, vocals, melodica), Garrett Hellman (guitar, synth-bass, piano, synths), Patrick Patterson (violin), and Yamal Said (drums, percussion). Holus Bolus was recorded by Danny Reisch and Max Lorenzen at Good Danny's in Lockhart, TX. Mixed by Danny Reisch. Mastered by Max Lorenzen.
“While the making of this record feels a bit like a sleep-deprived hallucination to me,” Pruitt says. “Listening to it now, I find it strangely hopeful — there's a kind of release that you hit in exhaustion. I think the record knew what it was after, even if we didn’t. It felt very much like the record just appeared one day, holus bolus.”
Holus Bolus will be available worldwide on vinyl, CD, and digital via Blues Funeral Recordings

Wine Lips
Headliner:
Wine Lips
Wine Lips is pure chaos. The Canadian garage punk psych rockers know a thing or two about getting loud and rowdy, and their ear-scorchin’, headbangin’, adrenaline-pumpin’ music rips so hard and fast it’ll feel like you’re being launched clean out of reality.
The band’s been givin’r since 2015. What began as a part-time project between Cam Hilborn (vox, songwriter, guitar) and Aurora Evans (drums) got cranked right up to a full-blown international shredfest over the last decade. They’ve quietly become one of the most successful independent rock bands to emerge from Canada in a generation. Wine Lips started out in and around Toronto, expanded to Ontario and Quebec, then knocked out a cheeky international tour in Hong Kong and China in 2018. From there, like their music, they never slowed down. They’ve ripped hundreds of sets all across North America, Europe, and Asia, playing big fat often sold-out shows at some legendary venues. For three years, they were pretty much always on the road — right up until the end of 2024 when they decided to chill a bit on all the touring to focus on writing their new record TV Dinner.
Wine Lips has released four full-length albums to international acclaim, racking up 45 million Spotify streams and counting. They’ve garnered rave reviews spanning 35+ countries and smashed out iconic live shows including an appearance on KEXP, supporting the Black Crowes at both Massey Hall and MTELUS. Their sets have rocked festivals across North America and Europe, like Shaky Knees (Atlanta), SJOCK, Best Kept Secret, PALP, and End Of The Road, to name a few. And their tunes have been licensed to a metric ton of films, series and video games, including EA Sports, ABC’s The Rookie, Hockey Night In Canada, and Population 11.
Their new record TV Dinner drops August 28.
TV Dinner spans 13 fuzzy, mind-bending tracks themed around the slog of modern life: burnout, doomscrolling, addiction, dead-end jobs, housing frustrations, and the low-grade anxiety humming beneath it all. Recorded with longtime collaborator Simon Larochette at The Sugar Shack in London, Ontario, the album deliberately leaves the rough edges alone. For the first time, Aurora steps up to lead vocals on several tracks, including the debut single “Projector,” a garage-punk blast that’s a total racket.
“I wasn’t trying to take it too seriously or overthink anything which probably helped with a lot of the subject matter of the lyrics. I definitely took a bit more of a candid approach with the lyrics. I didn’t want the record to sound too polished, so we left a lot of mistakes and natural weird things that might normally be fixed in the mix. It’s the first time Aurora has taken a lead vocal role which is cool and her voice works well with the songs she sings on! It was a fun record to put together and we’re stoked with how it turned out.” – Cam Hilborn
“Now that’s what I call music!.” – Iggy Pop BBC Radio
“It's pure adrenaline, it's noise, it's intense, it's refreshing, and it feels life-giving. The garage-psych band's new album is, for all intents and purposes, pretty fucking crazy.” – Exclaim!
“There’s a sensuality and strong sense of controlled chaos that these Canadians bring to life on the record.” – New Noise Magazine

The Filthy Heathens Wednesday Rock and Roll Extravaganza
Headliner:
The Filthy Heathens
Sparked by the chemistry between Bronson Hetzer, Ryan Palcic, and “Captain” Craig Bishop, things got serious fast with the addition of guitarists Cody Doench and Dawson Stepp. With five members locked in, the band took off. Five members. No brakes.
Blending Southern grit with alt-edge, classic country with hard rock, their sound defies easy classification. It’s rich, raw, and rooted in something deeper than genre. This is music you can’t quite label — and that’s the point. Inspired by legends like Skynyrd and Waylon, with a nod to modern acts like Blackberry Smoke and The Steel Woods, their songs are road-tested, unapologetic, and built to be felt.
Known for high-octane live shows and a rapidly growing fanbase, The Filthy Heathens have been hitting stages across the country with relentless momentum. One gig at a time, they’re building something real — and it’s catching on. Live, the band goes full throttle, and so do their crowds. Every performance is designed to pull you away from your phone and drop you straight into the moment.
Their debut EP Etheridge dropped in May 2025, led by the singles “Tupelo Sun” and “Devils Like Me.” In February 2026, the band will release The Muscle Shoals Session, a raw, live-recorded EP captured at the legendary Muscle Shoals Sound Studio — a room that helped shape the very music that inspired them. With no frills and no filters, the recordings reflect exactly who they are on stage.
The fuse is lit and the momentum keeps building. The Filthy Heathens will return to the studio in April 2026 to continue pushing forward — louder, tighter, and more dialed-in than ever.

Daring Greatly Live at Dan Electro's!
Headliner:
Daring Greatly is a harmony-driven rock band from Southern California blending roots, classic rock, and country influences with rich vocal harmonies and high-energy live performances. Their original music explores themes of introspection, time, existence, and connection with an authentic, grounded approach.
The band began with brothers Patrick and Liam Croome, who met drummer and vocalist Brayden Tario in high school. They played hockey with and against each other before taking songs into their parents’ basement. That foundation grew into Daring Greatly, formed in Calgary in 2015. After relocating to Southern California, the lineup was completed by Jeff and Brendan.
Their 2025 album Let It Ride featured the standout track “Lucid Ride,” which won Best Rock Song at the San Diego Music Awards in May 2026 — the second consecutive year. In April 2026, they released a rock ‘n’ roll take on David Bowie’s “Space Oddity” with driving guitars, stacked harmonies, piano, and organ.
May 2026 marked a significant organic spike when a series of genuine POV Reels capturing the band singing tight harmonies from inside their tour van went viral on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The videos accumulated millions of views and engagement, including one with 68,000 likes. This led to approximately 80,000 new combined followers, over 7.5 million total views in roughly 30 days, and an 82% increase in Instagram followers. The legendary band America commented on one of the clips: “Beautifully done. The beach in the back was a great touch.”
Staying rooted in gratitude and real fan connection, the band continues to build momentum through authentic music and moments.
At its core, Daring Greatly is a band that believes the road still matters. Read the full story

Kendall Street Company: Yodeling Astroman Tour
Headliner:
Kendall Street Company
Virginia's Kendall Street Company are no strangers to having a wild time. The genre-fluid, eclectic rock ensemble has drawn varied comparisons to the dynamic jams of Umphrey's McGee and Widespread Panic, songwriting of John Prine, experimental psychedelia of Pink Floyd, progressive jazz-infused rock of Frank Zappa, and off-color humor of Ween and They Might Be Giants. Including elements of crowd participation, off-the-cuff comedic bits, haphazard choreography, musical improvisation, and surprise musical guests, each Kendall Street Company concert is an experience unlike any other. You'll laugh, you'll cry. Just remember to stay hydrated.
In addition to their reputation as must-see live performers, the Company's prolific immunity to writer's block has led them to release over 120 original songs between eight studio albums, four live albums, and four EPs in a period of just nine years. 2026 has seen the release of two singles including a couple produced by Dave Schools of Widespread Panic. The band is currently hard at work in the studio working on their follow up album which is slated for October 2026. You can also enjoy a massive selection of live shows through the band’s direct-to-band subscription on their website and nugs.net.
These often include unreleased and improvised tracks, as well as covers ranging from the Grateful Dead to DEVO, to Alanis Morisette, to Soulja Boy, to Cake, to Mapache, to Billie Eilish, to really whatever we might be listening to. With a full in-ear monitor and multitrack recording rig, the band continues to capture the moments that mean the most to fans.
Kendall Street Company is: Louis Smith [Rhythm Guitar/Lead Vox], Brian Roy [Bass], Ryan Wood [Drums], Ben Laderberg [Lead Guitar], and Jake Vanaman [Saxophone/Keys]. The five met at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA, where they graduated between 2015 and 2020. For such a young band, their accomplishments are commendable. They have performed at festivals including LOCKN', Summer Camp, High Sierra, Resonance, Floydfest, Hulaween, Peach Fest, Northlands, and Rooster Walk. The band has been joined on stage and in the studio by the likes of Keller Williams, Ron Holloway, Andy Thorn, Sawborg Destructo (GWAR), and Andy Hall. The Company has also opened for many of the greats in the scene, sharing the stage with Goose, Umphrey's McGee, Papadosio, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Leftover Salmon, the Infamous Stringdusters, Big Something, and Melvin Seals & JGB.

Mohama Saz + India Tigers
Special Guest:
Mohama Saz
Indian Tigers in Texas
Last year this was one of the best shows on 2025 at Dan Electros and we are bringing it back. Mohama Saz and India Tigers in Texas is a must must see show.
Since 2014, Mohama Saz has been creating unique sounds by skillfully combining elements of southern spanish folk, Eastern european music, kraut rock and african-inspired rhythms. With the baglama saz, synthesizers and powerful rhythm section, the four-piece from Madrid explores musical horizons emancipated from British rock tradition. Mohama Saz from Madrid, Spain are one of the most exciting live bands in the world today, a mind-blowing manifestation of pure psychedelic exotica. Within minutes of taking the stage they have the audience completely under their spell, dancing in wide-eyed bliss to their uniquely intoxicating music. With an electrified Baglama Saz as their lead instrument they fuse elements of Turkish and Armenian folk music, Mediterranean psychedelia and mesmerizing Middle Eastern-flavored ragas with galvanizing go-go discotheque grooves. Mike Stax (Ugly Things Magazine / The Loons) Experiencing Mohama Saz live is a meditative ritual of excitement and pure emotion. One of the best live shows I can think of today, they are truly something special! Jake García (The Black Angels)
While listening to their albums is a journey into musical bliss, Mohama Saz is better known for their explosive live shows, where communion with the audience transforms the performance into a psychedelic rave where dance, emotion and a quasi-mystical experience go hand in hand. They have entranced audiences at some of Europe's best festivals, such as Le Guess Who in the Netherlands, the MENT Festival in Slovenia, and Desert Fest in Hamburg. In addition to Spain, they have toured Italy, Germany, Portugal, France, Belgium, Prague, and Austria.
In August 2022, they embarked on their first West Coast tour of the United States, which included concerts organized by the Desert Daze festival. They returned the following year on a more ambitious U.S. tour, this time with 18 concerts in 21 days. They played shows in California, Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico. Tiki Oasis and Ugly Things Weekend (both in San Diego) were highlights of that tour.
In the beginning of 2024 they performed at Barcelona Psych Fest, Keroxen, Blockparty, Monkey Weekend, Sintonitzza, and Altaveu. Then in July of that same year they set off on a European tour supporting HIGH ON FIRE. Then returned back to the United States in August for their third American tour, this time traveling through six states and performing in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Galveston.
In 2025, they performed at Primavera Sound, Reus Cultura Contemporanea, Músicas Disperses (Lleida), Fumega Fest, and Sauzipf Festival (Austria), among others. The "Maquina De Guerra" tour concludes with a sold-out show at the Sala Copérnico in Madrid, capacity 700 people. The concert was recorded and will be released on a double album in February of next year.

Musicians can sign up, plug in around 7:30 PM, and jump into an open jam spanning blues, jazz, funk, R&B, and beyond. Veterans and first-timers share the stage in a laid-back, collaborative atmosphere where surprise guests and spontaneous moments are part of the tradition. No cover, no ego, just great music and community.
Not a player? Grab a beer or cocktail, settle into a booth or the patio, and enjoy one of Houston’s most eclectic live music nights. Every set is different, from smooth jazz grooves to fiery guitar battles, with a crowd that feels more like a neighborhood gathering than a concert.
Part jam session, part social mixer, part Houston institution, Shawn Allen’s Music Mixer & Jam is where the city’s musicians and music lovers come together every Tuesday night.

Oliver Penn: Single Release Party at Dan Electro’s with support from Grits & Greens from Mississippi
Headliner:
Oliver Penn
Rhode Island native, singer-songwriter and guitarist, Oliver Penn, returns to Dan Electro’s with his full band to showcase his truest sound and newest single. The band showcases Penn’s swagger as a guitar player, his sepia-toned voice, a horn section, and background singers to create a raw, live-focused experience that highlights his deep love for blues, soul, and funk (à la Sly and the Family Stone, Prince etc.).
Be ready to dance all night long!
Special Guests:
Grits & Greens
Opening we have Grits & Greens, a physchedelic y'alt rock band from Hattiesburg, Mississippi writing songs about life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness that fans of Paramore, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, and the Allman Brothers will enjoy. Boasting an infectious energy, Grits & Greens sends listeners on a musical odyssey at every show -- honoring their many influences in a way that feels uniquely authentic. The band combines tight grooves, catchy melodies, and charming stage presence with a keen ability to narrate the human experience: telling stories of life's struggles, the joys and pains of growing up, and the realities of social injustice.
